Easy way to boost your family’s health in 3 months:

  1. Drop all sugar, gluten and milk 100% in 3 months.

    2. Take daily supplements of life oil and fish oil.

    3. Eat a lot of vegetables and chicken, fish, turkey, game meat and eggs.

    4. Drop all grain products in 3 months.

    5. Take multivitamin, zinc, b complex, vitamin D, C, E, B5, chromium and calcium / magnesium citrate.

    6. Go for a walk in an hour each day or do something playful with the children outside. Hide and seek for ensample.
